Autoworks International

Horrible experience. Someone offered to fix my car so I took my car to autoworks. The person paying for the repairs got into a altercation with them over the phone then autoworks told me they refused to do the work and I needed to pick my car up. I was out of town that weekend and the following week asked them to give me til that Friday bit they had my car towed. They told the towing company that I refused to pick my car up and abandoned it even though they were well aware I was coming to get it. It cost me $900 to get my car back and they didn't even put it all the way back together from when they did the diagnostic.

I have had service done here twice in the past year. Both times I had fantastic experiences. They are honest and professional and treat their customers like friends. They only bill for what is fair and necessary and their rates are very reasonable and much less than many other places that only care about the money. One time I brought my vehicle by at closing time and Danny ran a complete diagnostic and didn't charge my a dime. I trust these people this will be the only place that take my favorite vehicle to. Thank you!!!

If you don't speak English or are a foreigner, you should be very careful with this repair shop. I only went in to get a tire replaced, but they took it upon themselves to change the oil without my consent. They then forced me to pay for it and ushered me out. There is absolutely no respect here; their transparency is nonexistent, and their credibility has dropped to zero. 😂 I am very grateful to a friend who helped me out; I think that someday, he will make an excellent boss.

I was on a road trip and on a Saturday my VW van would not start. I had it towed to Auto Works and met Chad and Robert. They immediately started working on the van, fixed the starter solenoid and I was back on the road in a couple of hours. It was clear both guys were professional, loved their work, and were committed to helping me. The process they charged was well under my expectations, and I could not recommend them more highly.

I had an outstanding experience at Auto Works International on North Monroe, and I truly can’t thank them enough for the incredible service they provided. I brought my car in with multiple issues, including problems with the transmission, throttle body, and alternator. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting my vehicle back in top shape. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood the work being done. What really impressed me is their expertise with foreign cars. They specialize in brands like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, and Volkswagen, and it clearly shows in the quality of their work and attention to detail. The repairs exceeded my expectations—my car is now running smoother than ever, and I could feel the difference immediately. It’s not easy finding a shop you can truly trust, but these guys have definitely earned my confidence. Honestly, based on my experience, I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews I’ve seen. The level of service, transparency, and professionalism I witnessed was nothing short of excellent. I’m extremely grateful
